Heat sink came with thermal paste putted on. It did not made much sense, ince it was in delivery for few days and thermal paste was covered with some styrofoam or other similar material. When taking it off heatsink it took off thermal paste too. What is more this thermal paste was halfy hardened :/ I needed to take all off, clean it and reapply anyway, so what was point of putting it on heatsink. If you want to add thermal paste to product just add small tube aside. Anyway heat sink matched perfectly with board.
