Asus ROG Gladius III wireless mouse
The ROG Gladius III is a wireless gaming mouse, its hybrid shape is carefully sculpted to adapt to any grip.
Its weight has now dropped from 135g to 79g, i.e. more than 55g of difference from the Gladius II. This reduction allows it more fluidity and avoids wrist and arm fatigue during long gaming sessions.
It incorporates six programmable buttons installed in the body of the mouse. Each master switch sits in a ROG Push-Fit Switch Socket II, which is an exclusive quick swap system. With the integration of this technology the mouse is ready for a new generation of five-pin optical switches.
The reinforced structure of these sockets also reduces switch oscillation for a better tactile feel and better click accuracy.
Its new sensor located under the ROG Gladius III mouse is a brand new optical unit with a resolution of up to 19,000 DPI, capable of handling 50g of acceleration and tracking up to 400 inches per second.
Interchangeable switches and detachable cable extend the longevity of the mouse by allowing easy repairs.
The ROG Gladius III wireless connectivity uses RF technology with an optimized data protocol resulting in total click latency of less than 1ms.
ROG Gladius III Wireless's 2.4 GHz connectivity supports Bluetooth 5.1 LE and can store up to three device pairings for convenience on the go. The mouse incorporates a dedicated slot to store the 2.4 GHz dongle inside the body.
A simple switch is all it takes to select 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth or wired modes, and a dedicated button lets you easily switch between devices in Bluetooth mode.
The ROG Gladius III mouse comes with an additional pair of Omron optical switches.
The ROG Gladius III's built-in memory has been increased to save a total of 5 profiles, easily selectable with the dedicated profile button on the underside. Customization options extend to Aura Sync three-zone lighting (logo, scroll wheel, and an anti-grip side panel).
